This document reports the work carried out to deliver the final version of the design of the WISER Framework. This work is accomplished in the context of the design task (T2.2). It takes as a starting point the final requirements and the initial version of the design, both delivered in month 6 of the WISER project (November 2015) in deliverable D2.2. This document detials the functioning of the three modes of operation WISER envisages and clarifies the role of the different components of the WISER Framework.
