Did you know that SQL Injections are considered one of the most serious vulnerabilities? It’s actually one of the most popular hacking techniques and has been out there for over 20 years. It is estimated to be used in two-thirds of web app attacks today. CYBERWISER.eu helps to create more awareness about SQL injection prevention by organizing a live session, where participants can better understand SQL attacks and how to address them. By participating to the hackathon, you will be able to get insights and best practices, as well as joining a real-time SQL injection attack simulation using a cyber range environment.

If you take part in this hackathon you will understand what a SQL Injection attack is, how it works, and what it affects.
Within the SQL Injection hackathon challenge, you will experience a real-time simulation of a SQL Injection attack, the chain of events that it triggers, and its consequences.

The hackathon session is divided into two parts:
- Online learning: After the registration, you'll get access to an online platform where you'll have the opportunity to get CYBERWISER's free SQL Injection training course. The course is already available and participants must complete it in order to join the hands-on learning session.
- Hands-on-learning: Participants will join the live hackathon session on 25.02 where they'll get access to the cyber range platform and be able to test their skills by simulating real SQL Injection scenarios.
