On 20 october 2015 WISER project will be co-hosting a networking session on Privacy, Certification and SLAs for dependable clouds at ICT 2015 in Lisbon.
The session will be chaired by Paolo Balboni, an expert in European IT law and Data Protection from ICT Legal and a partner of CloudWATCH2 project.
Dependable Cloud means a cloud service that is trusted, transparent, secure and reliable. In short, a cloud service that really meets the needs of current and prospective cloud customers. The session will highlight what concrete steps European initiatives are taking to overcome the barriers to the wider uptake of cloud; the session will also give a special focus on Privacy, Certification, Service Level Agreements and Cyber Security themes and how small firms can benefit from the modern Cyberrisk management framework and self assessment tools.
