WISER Early Assessment Pilots second Workshop, London, 19th January 2016
The WISER Early Assessment Pilots are conveying in London on January 19th for the second dedicated Workshop, following the Milan meeting held last September.
The WISER EAPs, spanning different verticals, domains, and countries, have been engaged from the initial stages of the project and play a key role in field-testing the tools and components that will be deployed as part of the WISER framework to be delivered.
The meeting will play a particularly important role as it will be focused on the feedback from the EAPs on the first service offered by WISER, the NIM i.e., the non-intrusive mode of operation dedicated to a first appraoch to cybersecurity, which is particularly indicated for small firms. This tool will help small enterprises to perform a self-assessment on their cyber risks, based on the answers to a set of questions and on the outcome of a so called "penetration test" or "vulnerability test", which can be safely performed in a few minutes directly on cyberwiser.eu.This kind of testing facilitated through the WISER platform will be non-intrusive, providing information on the level of risk the organisation is facing, and completely free of charge.
The workshop will be hosted by the AON Centre – The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall St, London.
The EAPs Workshop will be followed by the WISER GA meeting scheduled for the 20th of January, venue: 10 Devonshire Square, London.
All EAPs are invited to participate. Please register online here!
